Bioscaffold from mouse embryonic fibroblast (MEF) enhances attachment, interaction, and production of growth factors. Since bioscaffolds could maintain stimulate pluripotency stem cells, we conducted this study to prove bioscaffold function. was prepared MEF cultured in DMEM complete medium supplemented with dextran sulfate L-ascorbic acid increase extracellular matrix production. This acts as an embryo (ESC) medium. We used Tali-cytometer identify quantify cells based on Sox2 Oct4 proteins, markers stemness. ESC maintained the indicated by presence Oct 4 compared culture.
